This website is operated by ScentSavor. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ScentSavor. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted policies (Shipping, Refund, Privacy), which are part of these terms.

What we sell — please read

ScentSavor is an independent decanting service. We purchase original retail fragrance bottles and hand-decant small quantities (1 ml–10 ml) into new, labeled spray vials for resale. ScentSavor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any fragrance brand or manufacturer whose products we decant, including Louis Vuitton. All trademarks, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the genuine fragrance contained in each decant. Decants are independently rebottled by ScentSavor; they are not manufactured, packaged, or warrantied by the original brand, and they do not come in the brand's original packaging.

Products and final sale

Decant descriptions, notes, and photos identify the original fragrance and bottle; the product you receive is the labeled decant vial described on the product page. Because decants are poured to order and cannot be returned to the original bottle, all decant sales are final, subject only to the damage/error exception in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full.

Online store terms

You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose or to violate any law in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the Site accurate and current but are not responsible if information available on the Site is not complete or current. Product availability is not guaranteed; an item marked available may sell out before fulfillment, in which case we'll contact you with options including a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. You represent that payment details you provide are accurate and that you're authorized to use them.

Shipping and risk

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Fragrance is a flammable liquid and ships by ground carrier as required by law. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual-property rights; to harass, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect others' personal information; to spam or scrape; or to interfere with the Site's security features.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these terms and our policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScentSavor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Fragrance products are for external use only; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScentSavor from claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
