This Privacy Policy describes how ScentSavor ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store (the "Site").

  • Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment is processed by our payment providers — we do not store your full card number.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your name, email, and order history.

  • Communications: emails you send us, including order-support messages.

2. How we use your information

To fulfill orders (process payment, decant and ship your fragrance, send confirmations and tracking), to communicate with you, to screen orders for fraud, to operate and improve the Site, and — with your consent where required — to email you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

3. Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to run the store:

  • Shopify powers our online store. Shopify processes your information as described in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Carriers (USPS) receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
  • Payment processors receive payment details to complete your purchase.

We may disclose information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for essential functions (cart, checkout, sign-in), analytics, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may break checkout.
